Eat where you want... but make healthier choices, just like Kim Kardashian

An easy way to become healthier is to make better choices. Even when you're eating fast food you can still find healthier options than the typical burger and fries. Many fast food restaurants have added things such as grilled foods, salads, fruits and yogurts to the menus as well as offering juice, milk, and water as an alternative to soda.

This is classical conditioning because it pairs eating healthy with looking or being like Kim Kardashian who is not only attractive but a major celebrity with influence.





Message 2

The vitamins in certain foods can improve mood and energy levels. Eating healthier such as adding dark green leafy vegetables to your diet can alleviate irritability and boost your mood. Along with these vegetables, bright fruits can improve your mental health and improve memory.

This is classical conditioning because it pairs eating healthy with being happy. This is persuasive because everyone wants to be happy, and knowing that eating healthy can cause happiness will influence the audience.

STOP and PAY ATTENTION it't just what you eat, the hidden calories and sugar in drinks can sneak up on you and wreak havock on your health!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


This is an example of intensity because it informs people using fear by explaining that even certain drinks can be unhealthy and cause weight gain.

During televisions shows messages would flash about eating more fruits and vegetables as well as cutting sugary drinks and junk food out of your diet. In addition it could flash pictures of fruits and vegetables causing people to not just feel more hungary but to become hungary for healthier foods.

This would be an effective subliminal message because it had already been proving that already hungry people can be made hungrier by subliminal messages. By adding in things like fruits and vegetabls to make the person hungry for healthy food it will help to get people to eat healthier.




Message 6




Oprah says: "I think everyone should embrace the lifestyle of eating healthier foods and taking better care of themselves to ensure a longer happier life."


Oprah is a good choice for a credible communicator because she is well known, trust worthy, has a loyal following, and knows first hand what it is like to struggle with weight loss. Even though shes had ups and downs with weight loss it makes her relatable and likable to the audience. The audience can see that she genuinely wants to be healthy and cares about others health as well.

Josh Peck says: "Eating healthier helped to change my life because I can be more active, and by starting at a young age I don't have to worry about potential health problems in my future. If I can do it, I know anyone else can."


Josh Peck has expertise on changing his life style for the better in order to loose weight and become a healthier indiviudal. He can help to reach children by sharing his own story, as how he as an over weight kid decided to turn his life around, and embrace a healthier eating and exercise.
